It is man's duty to serve God and to serve Him
the way He wants us to, and this is by keeping
His commandments. To serve Him some other way is
vain or worthless, and is equivalent to
not serving Him at all.

What is the right way of serving God?
In Psalms
100:23-4, this is written:

Serve the Lord with gladness; Come
before His presence with singing.
3. Know that the Lord, He is God; It is
He who has made us, and not we
ourselves; We are His people and the
sheep of His pasture.
4. Enter into His gates with
thanksgiving, And into His courts
with praise. Be thankful to Him, and
bless His name. (NKJV)
To serve God,
man is commanded to enter His gates with
thanksgiving.

Which is this gate which the people who
will serve God must enter?
In John 10:7, this is written:
So Jesus spoke to them
again: In all truth I tell you,
I am the gate of the sheepfold. (NJB)
Jesus said the truth that He is the gate.

what kind of
gate is He?
In the same
verse John 10:7, Jesus says:
So Jesus spoke to them again: I tell
you most solemnly, I am the gate of the sheepfold. (The
Jerusalem Bible)
Christ says that He is the Gate
of the sheepfold.

Where could one find all
those who entered by Christ as the Gate of the
sheepfold?
In John 10:16, Christ states:
And the other sheep I have which are not
of this fold; them also I must bring, and they will hear My
voice; and there will be one flock and one shepherd. (NKJV)
All those who entered by Christ are found in one fold
or flock.
30C.5 Which is the Fold or Flock?
In Acts 20:28 it is written:
"Take heed
therefore to yourselves and to all the
flock over which the Holy Spirit has
appointed you overseers,
to feed the Church of Christ which he
has purchased with his blood." (LBP)
The fold
or flock is the Church of Christ,
which
Christ Himself purchased with his blood.

How then can a man enter by Christ, as the gate
of the fold or flock, which is the Church of
Christ?
In I
Corinthians 12:27, Apostle Paul explained:
Now you are the body
of Christ, and members individually.
(NKJV)
Man must
become a member of the body of Christ — the
true Church of Christ. It is therefore in the
True Church
that those who are called by God to
serve Him must enter in, so God can be
served and glorified.

The
right way to serve God is to enter by
or
through Christ — the door or gate— to
become a member of the body of Christ, the
true Church of Christ. Christ is the gate that
man must enter in order to serve God. If a man
refuse to to follow this commandment of God, and
instead make his own way of serving Him, then
all his worship and services will be in vain or
worthless (Matthew 15:9).
