What
Become Of The Men Redeemed By Christ's Blood |
|
Before they were redeemed by the blood of
Christ, they were far away from God and
considered as His enemies because of sins
(Col. 1:21)26H.1
Are they still considered enemies of God?
In Colossians 1:20, this is written:
It was through what his Son did that
God cleared a path for everything to
come to him--all things in heaven
and on earth--for Christ's death
on the cross has made peace with God
for all by his blood. (LVB)
Those
redeemed by the blood of Christ have
peace with God and are no longer His
enemies.
26H.2
To those who benefited from Christ blood and
received forgiveness of sin,
How did their status
before God changed?
The
following verses will give us the
answer:
"But now in Christ Jesus you
who were once far off have been
brought near in the blood of Christ."
(Ephesians 2:13, RSV)
how much more shall the blood of
Christ, who through the eternal
Spirit offered himself without
blemish unto God, cleanse your
conscience from dead works to serve
the living God? (Heb.
9:14,ASV)
Through Christ's blood, they were
brought near to God.
Through Christ's blood, their conscience
were cleansed from dead works.
To them, the right and privilege to
serve the living God is restored.
26H.3
How does God consider those who are cleansed
by Christ's blood, although, in truth,
they committed sins?
In Romans
5:8-9, Apostle Paul explains:
But God proves his love for us in
that while we still were sinners
Christ died for us. Much more
surely then, now that we have been
justified by his blood, will we be
saved through him from the wrath of
God. {Gk [the wrath]} (NRS)
Although sinners, they are considered by
God as just because they are justified
by the blood of Christ.
What will ultimately be attained by
those who are cleansed by the blood of
Christ?
The
Bible says, "THEY WILL BE SAVED through
Him FROM THE WRATH OF GOD".

Sin
separated men from God. Thus, even if men shall
call or pray to God, God shall not hear.
Because of sin, men has lost that inherent right
to serve and worship his Creator. Sin has ruined
the peaceful relationship between God and man.
So God considers man—the sinner, as his
enemy. As a sinner, man must pay the the full
wages of sin. The sinful man must suffer the
wrath or anger of God as a punishment for his
sins. Thus,
Man need salvation from the wrath or anger of
God. But the loving and merciful God has a plan
to save mankind from this wretched situation.
How God Almighty and the Lord Jesus Christ will
implement "The Master Plan God For The Salvation
of Man"
will be
